G-CON London 2026 will take place within the London Suite at Mercure London Earls Court, a large, flexible conference and exhibition venue in West London.

The London Suite provides a substantial pillar-free event environment for the G-CON technical programme, exhibition, networking and delegate activity, while excellent rail, Underground, Overground, bus and airport connections make the venue accessible for delegates travelling from across the UK and internationally.

Travelling by Rail

The venue can be reached from major London rail terminals including Victoria, Paddington, Euston and King’s Cross St Pancras using London’s Underground and rail network. West Brompton also provides useful connections via Clapham Junction.

Heathrow Airport

Approximately 21 km from the venue.

Earl’s Court provides a direct Underground connection towards Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line. The venue advises approximately 30 minutes by road in light traffic.

Gatwick Airport

Approximately 45 km from the venue.

The London Suite advises that Gatwick can be reached in around 40 minutes by train from West Brompton via Clapham Junction.

London City Airport

Approximately 21 km from the venue.

Allow additional time for travel across London. Public transport connections are available through London’s Underground and DLR network.

The venue has introduced a range of operational measures covering plastic reduction, hotel servicing, responsible food and beverage sourcing, waste management and sustainable transport awareness.

Reducing Plastic

Wooden key cards are used to help reduce the use of plastic.

Go Green, Skip the Clean

Hotel guests can choose not to have their room cleaned and receive 100 points through the venue’s sustainability programme.

Responsible F&B

At least five food and beverage products are eco-labelled, Fairtrade-labelled or locally produced.

Waste Management

Hazardous waste policies are in place as part of the venue’s environmental management approach.

Environmental Standards

The London Suite achieved Green Key Certification from Green Key England in 2023.

Green Key is an international eco-label for tourism facilities and provides a framework for environmental responsibility and more sustainable operation. In England, the programme is managed by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy.

Mercure London Earls Court

The newly refurbished four-star Mercure provides 282 bedrooms within the same building as the conference centre, including accessible room options.

ibis London Earls Court

The adjoining ibis provides a further 226 bedrooms, giving delegates another convenient accommodation option within the venue complex.
